Recurring Authorization: By starting a subscription, you authorize Miro Marketing Limited to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule you select at checkout, until you cancel. Charges will appear as PETDOGCENTRAL on your card statement.
Continuous Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew on the schedule chosen (every 30, 60, or 90 days) and continue indefinitely until cancellation.
Renewal Reminders: We send a reminder email 3 days before each renewal so you can pause, skip, modify, or cancel.
Cancellation: You may cancel any time before the next billing date, with no fees. Full subscription terms are detailed in our Subscription Policy.

Binding Individual Arbitration: Any dispute not resolved informally shall be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under its rules then in effect, with the seat of arbitration in Hong Kong SAR. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity. You waive any right to participate in any class, collective, mass, or representative action against Miro Marketing Limited.
Chargeback Disclosure: You agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback without first attempting good-faith resolution constitutes a breach of these terms and may be used as evidence in dispute representment.
Exceptions: Either party retains the right to seek small claims court relief or injunctive relief for intellectual property or confidentiality breaches.

Governing Law
