Cancelling a One-Time Order
Orders ship fast — typically within 1–2 business days — so cancellation requests are time-sensitive. Here's the breakdown:
Before fulfillment begins
Cancellation is automatic if your order hasn't been picked yet. Email us right away.
Before shipment
If your order hasn't been packed or handed to the carrier, we can usually cancel it. Email us with your order number.
After shipment
Once a tracking number has been generated, we can no longer cancel the order. Refer to our Refund Policy to start a return after delivery.
How to Request a Cancellation
- Email support@petdogcentral.com with the subject “Cancel Order #[your number]”.
- Include the order number, your name, and the email used to place the order.
- We respond within 1 business day, often faster.
Faster response: Email is the quickest way to reach us. Cancellation requests sent through other channels (social media DMs, Facebook comments, etc.) may not reach our fulfillment team in time.
After Cancellation
- Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirming the cancellation went through.
- Refund timing: If your card was charged, the refund is issued within 3–5 business days. Most banks post refunds 5–10 business days after we issue them.
- Pre-authorization holds: If your order was authorized but not yet captured, the hold typically drops off your statement within 3–7 days — you won't see a separate refund line item.
- Email a confirmation: If you don't see the cancellation email within 24 hours, check your spam folder before re-submitting.
Cancelling a Subscription
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. The fastest ways to cancel:
- Email: Send “Cancel Subscription” to support@petdogcentral.com with your order number. We respond within 1 business day.

Cancellations We Can't Process
- Already-shipped orders: Once tracking is generated, the order is in transit and must be handled through our Refund Policy.
- Subscription orders billed and shipped (cycle 2 and beyond): Cancel future cycles to prevent further charges. Cycle 2+ shipments are not returnable except for damaged/defective items — see our Refund Policy.
- Final sale or clearance items: If marked “Final Sale” at checkout, the order is non-cancellable.
If Your Order Was Charged But Not Confirmed
If you see a charge on your statement but never received an order confirmation email:
- Check your spam folder for an email from PetDogCentral.
- Email us with the date of the charge and the last four digits of your card. We'll trace it.
- If no order exists in our system, the charge is likely a pre-authorization hold that will drop off in 3–7 days. We can confirm this on our end.
