What You Can Return
We accept returns on products purchased directly from petdogcentral.com that meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Unopened and factory-sealed. All returns require items in original condition with manufacturer seals intact. Opened or partially used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons — this is a chicken-flavored consumable that goes directly into your dog's mouth, and we cannot accept any item once the seal has been broken. This applies to all orders, including first-order returns.
- Within the return window. 60 days from delivery for your first order (the money-back guarantee), or 30 days from delivery for subsequent one-time orders. Subscription cycles after your first delivery are not eligible for return — see Subscription Order Returns below.
- Bundles and multi-packs. First-order MBG: Return any unopened, factory-sealed bottles from your order within 60 days for a prorated refund — e.g., open one bottle from a 3-pack to test, return the other two unopened, and we'll refund those two units. Subsequent orders: Full bundle returns only, all units unopened with manufacturer seals intact. Partial bundle returns are not accepted on subsequent orders.
How to Start a Return
All returns require an authorization step from our customer care team. Do not ship a return without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
- Email support@petdogcentral.com with the subject “Return — Order #[your number]”.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and a brief reason (helps us improve the product).
- We'll reply within one business day with a return authorization, the return mailing address, and any specific packing instructions for your order.
Important: Do NOT return items to the address printed on your original shipping label. Those are fulfillment center addresses and cannot process returns. Only ship to the return address provided in our authorization email.
Packing Your Return
- Original packaging preferred but not required. Any secure shipping box or padded mailer works.
- Protect the product. Wrap in bubble wrap or kraft paper if returning a bottle/stick to prevent damage in transit.
- Include order details inside the package. Write your order number on a slip of paper and place it inside the box. This helps our returns team match your return to your refund.
- Seal securely with packing tape on all opening seams.
Return Shipping
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return:
- Change of mind, didn't like it, or any non-defect reason: Customer covers return shipping. You can use any carrier of your choice (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect item: We provide a prepaid return label. Free return shipping for any quality issue on our end.
- Trackable shipping required. We strongly recommend a method that provides tracking and delivery confirmation.
- Lost in transit? If your return ships without tracking and never arrives, we cannot issue a refund without proof of delivery. Always use tracking.
Return Window Details
- First order — 60 days from delivery to email and start the return process. Our money-back guarantee window for new customers. Refund applies to any unopened, factory-sealed bottles you return from the order. Delivery date is determined by carrier tracking confirmation.
- Subsequent one-time orders — 30 days from delivery to start the return process. Standard return window applies after your first purchase.
- Subscription cycles 2 and beyond — not eligible for return. Cancel future shipments anytime via your account portal or by emailing support before the next billing date.
- 14 days from authorization to ship the package back to us once we've sent you the return authorization and address.
- Late returns: Returns received outside these windows will be refused or processed for store credit only, at our discretion.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery for priority handling.
- Email support@petdogcentral.com with photos of the issue, your order number, and a brief description.
- We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
- In most cases, you won't need to return the damaged item. We'll let you know if a return is needed and provide a prepaid label.
Items We Can't Accept
- Opened or partially used products — for hygiene and safety, all returns must be unopened with manufacturer seals fully intact. This applies to all orders, including first-order returns under our 60-day money-back guarantee.
- Subscription cycles 2 and beyond — only your first subscription delivery is eligible for return under our money-back guarantee. To stop future cycles, cancel via your account portal or email support before the next billing date.
- Partial bundle returns — bundles and multi-packs must be returned in full with every unit unopened. We cannot accept individual items pulled from a bundle.
- Gift cards and store credit balances.
- Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
- Free promotional items and free gifts included in bundle purchases.
- Returns shipped without authorization — please always contact us first to receive an RMA.
- Items returned to the wrong address (e.g., the original shipping label) — we cannot retrieve packages sent to fulfillment centers.
Once We Receive Your Return
- Receipt confirmation: We'll email you when your return arrives at our facility.
- Inspection: Returns are inspected within 1–2 business days of arrival.
- Refund processing: Once approved, your refund is issued per the timeline in our Refund Policy — typically 3–5 business days to issue, plus 5–10 business days for your bank to post it.
- Confirmation email: You'll receive a final confirmation when the refund is processed.
Subscription Order Returns
Subscription returns are limited to your first delivery only, covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. Subsequent subscription cycles (cycle 2 and beyond) are not eligible for return.
This reflects the discounted pricing structure of our subscription program: the recurring discount is offered in exchange for a standing order, and you control whether each cycle ships by managing your subscription before the next billing date. Cancel anytime — no commitment, no fees.
- First subscription delivery: Eligible for return within 60 days of delivery under our money-back guarantee. Return any unopened, factory-sealed bottles from the delivery for a prorated refund. Follow the standard return process above. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Cycle 2 and beyond: Not eligible for return. To stop future shipments, cancel your subscription before the next billing date via your account portal or by emailing support@petdogcentral.com. See our Subscription Policy for full cancellation details.
- Billing-error exception (cycle 2+): If you were billed for a subscription cycle you intended to cancel and the order has not yet shipped, contact us within 3 days of the charge — we'll cancel and refund the full amount.
- Damaged or defective deliveries: Always covered, regardless of which cycle. See “Damaged or Defective Items” above for the priority handling process.
