Delivery Times
We ship worldwide with a uniform delivery window: 5-7 business days from the ship date.
During peak seasons or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

International Shipping
We're proud to ship PetDogCentral products worldwide! Here's what you need to know about international orders:

- Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by your country.
- Responsibility: The recipient is responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes upon delivery.
- Tracking: Full tracking is available for all international shipments.
Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Order Tracking

- If tracking hasn't updated for several business days, email us at support@petdogcentral.com and we'll trace the package with the carrier.
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your carrier first. If you still can't locate it, contact us and we'll help.
