How Subscriptions Work
PetDogCentral subscriptions (“Auto-Delivery”) let you save on every order while making sure your dog never runs out of Twist & Lick.
- Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews on the schedule you select at checkout (every 30, 60, or 90 days).
- Same payment method: Renewals are charged to the card you used for your initial subscription order.
- Locked-in price: You keep the subscription price you signed up for, even if our list price changes.
Important: By subscribing, you authorize PetDogCentral to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule you selected, until you cancel. Subscription renewals are NOT one-time charges — they continue indefinitely until cancelled. Charges will appear as PETDOGCENTRAL on your card statement.
Billing Cycles
Choose the delivery frequency that fits your dog. You'll be billed on the same date each cycle — for example, if you subscribed on the 15th, your renewal is billed on the 15th of each cycle period.

How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel at any time, with no fees and no questions asked. Cancellation must be received at least 24 hours before your next billing date to prevent that cycle's charge.
- Email: Send “Cancel Subscription” to support@petdogcentral.com with your order number. We respond within 1 business day.

Cancellation confirmation: You'll receive an email confirming the cancellation went through. If you don't see one within 24 hours, contact us — your subscription is not cancelled until we confirm.
Pause or Skip a Shipment
Not ready to cancel? You can pause or skip any time:
- Skip a single shipment: Email us at least 24 hours before your next billing date and we'll move your renewal to the cycle after.
- Pause indefinitely: We can pause your subscription for up to 6 months. After that, we'll reach out to confirm if you want to restart or fully cancel.
- Resume anytime: Email us to resume a paused subscription — your locked-in price applies as long as the subscription remains active.
Modifying Your Subscription
You can change the following at any time before your next renewal:
- Delivery frequency (30, 60, or 90 days)
- Quantity per shipment
- Bundle size (1-pack, 3-pack, 6-pack)
- Shipping address
- Payment method
Manage these changes anytime from your customer portal. Modifications take effect on your next cycle.
Refunds for Subscription Orders
Refunds for subscription orders follow our Refund Policy. The 60-day money-back guarantee covers your first delivery only — cycle 2 and beyond are not refundable, except for a billing-error scenario (billed for a cycle you intended to cancel and the order has not yet shipped — contact us within 3 days). Cancellation prevents future charges; a refund returns money for a past charge.
Failed Payments
If your card is declined on a renewal date, we'll email you so you can update your payment method via your customer portal. If we can't process the renewal, your subscription is automatically paused — you can resume it once your payment method is updated.
Changes to Subscription Terms
We reserve the right to modify these subscription terms with 30 days' notice. Notification will be sent to the email associated with your subscription. Continued use of the subscription after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Price changes for existing subscribers will only apply to renewals AFTER the 30-day notice period — never retroactively.
