How to Request a Refund

Refund requests are handled by our customer care team within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.

  1. Email support@petdogcentral.com with your order number and the reason for your refund.
  2. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions and a return mailing address.
  3. Ship the product back (instructions below) — we'll process your refund as soon as it arrives.

Tip: Include your order number in the subject line (e.g., “Refund Request — Order #12345”). It helps us locate your purchase faster.

Returning Your Product

Subscription Refunds

Your first subscription delivery is covered under our 60-day money-back guarantee — return any unopened, factory-sealed bottles from your delivery for a prorated refund. Cycle 2 and beyond are not eligible for refund.
